If you want it, it's already yours

If you've driven by Eutaw-Marshburn Elementary School, you may have noticed a distinct change to front of the building - a beautiful mural on the front doors. Made possible by the T. Rowe Price Foundation and collaboration with the Jubilee Arts Center, the mural was conceptualized and led by illustrator Megan Lewis1. Titled "If you want it, it's already yours," she hopes that the mural will inspire incoming students. "Before the students stepped inside the school I wanted them to be visually boosted with a self reflecting, inspiring, and colorful image." To complete the piece, she was assisted by Tamyaja Johnson, Kristian Tyson, Taliayah Thorne, and Ka'Nyrah Wilson, students at EMES.
