Dear Neighbor,

 

I have no words for what is taking place today. Or what has taken place in this country since its founding. All I know is that I'm thankful for you, for the love-filled community we live in, and for the ability to dedicated ourselves to creating a kinder society.

 

As you turn in for the evening, it is my hope that these are your final thoughts, rather than the despicable behavior that is swirling around.
