We’re thrilled that Dr. James (Jimmy) Jang joined the Promise Heights/SWCOS team on April 11, 2022 as our new Director of Data and Evaluation at the UMSSW.
Dr. Jang is an experienced non-profit executive with a proven track record of solving complex problems through innovative, sustainable, and equitable solutions.
As a trained researcher, teacher, and evaluator with 15+ years of experience both in the U.S. and abroad, Jimmy leverages his expertise in, instructional design, research, performance management, and program evaluation to design and develop systematic solutions that accelerate organizational performance and outcomes.
Favorite hobbies/activities: Jimmy loves spending time with his wife and two-year old son.
Fun Fact: Jimmy has lived in Elkridge, Maryland for 3 years. He admits to being “directionally challenged” and regularly relies on GPS when driving around. If this is true, we’ll presume that if you see him wandering on UMB’s campus during the coming weeks, that you’ll offer to help direct him to his ultimate destination.
