Celebrate Booker T. Washington Middle School for the Arts!

Without a doubt, wherever in the world they may have lived and studied during the spring of 2020, students who graduated in recent months will share unique commencement stories, unlike any others throughout history. 

COVID-19 forced innovative and unique celebration—mostly virtual—mixing formal speeches, greetings from teachers and school staff, along with slide shows of the recent past when no one imagined they couldn’t safely gather for concluding ceremonies. 

On June 17, the 8th Grade class of the Booker T. Washington Middle School for the Arts celebrated their 2020 graduation and advancement to high school. They shared this video featuring countless days at BTW on their BTW Knights YouTube Channel.
